Samgle Product Warranty Policy (Online Sales)
Samgle provides good quality products to all the cooperated E-commerce platforms.
1. Samgle warrants to the original purchaser that Samgle is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for the period commencing upon the date of purchase and continuing for the warranty period specifies below:
a: phone(12 months)
b: Accessories, i.e. battery, charger, earphone, USB cable(6 months)
d: This warranty is null and void if any alterations or repairs or attempted repairs or attempted repairs were carried out by any party other than aSamgle authorized service center.
c: This warranty does not cover flip covers, screen protectors once sold out.


2. The warranty will be null and void in any of the following events:
a: If the serial number, production date code or IMEI number seal on the product has been altered or removed.
b: If any term contained in this warranty card has been altered or modified in any way without the prior written consent of Samgle.


3. Purchaser shall retain this warranty card and original proof of purchase at all time. Repair or request for replacement within the warranty period without producing this warranty card and the original proof of purchase will not be entertained.


4. In the event of defects covered by this warranty arising during the warranty period, the product should be sent to the authorized service center at the expenses of the purchaser.


5. Samgle shall not liable if during the repair of the product the contents in the products data storage media were altered, deleted, or in any way modified, also Samgle shall not liable if during repair of the product may decorative items or screen protector is damaged.


6. The warranty does not cover any decoration used for the product.


7. The warranty is in lieu of any, and all other warranties expresses or implied, specially including any implied warranty of merchantability of fitness for a particular purpose Samgle assumes no liability for the breath of the warranty beyond correcting the breach in the manner described above. In no event shallSamgle be consequential loss or damages, including loss of use profits resulting from the product.


8. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from
a: Out of warranty: Product that exceeds the warranty period
b: Usage other than in a accordance with operating manual,including but not limited to screen
c: Normal wear & tear
d: Tough handling or transportation
e: Damage caused by products, accessories, software or service produced or authorized by other than Samgle.
f: Issue, abuse, negligence, accidental set dropped, bend, strong press or other acts which are beyond reasonable control of Samgle.
g: No valid purchase invoice or evidence.
h: Phone lacked of security code
i: Set burned,Modify, destroy or remove IMEI, code number on the phone; modify, destroy or remove waterproof mark, screw mark.
j: Battery out of shape
k: Damage caused by fire, earthquake, flood, water or liquid corrosion, humidity, high-temperature or acts of god.
l: Failures caused by wireless network or carriers are not covered in the


9. Other principles:
a: Non-Authorization Return: Customer returns the products without Samgle authorization.
b: Oral promises of e-commerce platforms that are beyond the warranty principles are invalid. No service shall be provided.
c: Product has both quality problem and human-factor damage will no longer enjoy the warranty, but will provide chargeable repair service.


10. Shipping cost:
a: YOU (means the customer) will be responsible for the shipping cost from the your country to China;
b: Samgle will be responsible for the shipping cost from China to your country;
c: If YOU have damaged/misused the devices(s), it will not be eligible for free repair and YOU will be also responsible for shipping cost from China to your country. If the functional failure cause by the device itself and the warranty is effective, Samgle will cover the shipping cost from China to your country after repairing. The shipping cost terms are based on Samgle's shipping after-sale service policy.


11. Samgle will finish repairing within 7 working days after receive your device and then send the device back to you.
